3 Phase Associates is glad to see the construction begin on another substation design project. This is a 161kV to 46kV substation being constructed in Alabama with future expansion for two power transformers, six power (SF6 gas) circuit breakers, two power (SF6 gas) circuit switchers, relaying protection, lightning shielding, and control house; all with SCADA control and remote monitoring.
