3 Phase Associates is hiring! With the increased growth in our engineering & design division, we are seeking candidates for a part-time experienced, licensed Architect with 10 years or more experience for our Chattanooga, TN office.
Responsibilities/Experience
This position requires the experience and responsibilities in the following areas:
- Licensed Architect (TN & GA) with approximately 10 years or more experience.
- Must be knowledgeable with updated building codes and construction standards.
- Proficient at developing construction documents and specifications.
- Must be able to lead an architectural project from start to finish.
- Knowledgeable of other multi-discipline designs and codes.
- Must be able to coordinate with CAD designers, engineers, and other project team members for specific design specifications.
- Must be familiar with AutoCAD and Revit.
- Strong technical and good communication skills are a plus.
- Familiar with 3-D CAD design experience is preferred.
- Work schedule is very flexible.
Qualifications
Education/Requirements:
- Four Year, Bachelor of Science Technical Degree from an Accredited University.
- Licensed Architect (TN & GA) with approximately 10 years or more experience.
